AntSeed. Protocol to Product

An open network for AI services.
Unstoppable by design.

AntSeed is a peer-to-peer network where anyone can offer AI services such as AI-powered coding assistants, image generators, uncensored models, video creators with custom workflows and skills, and custom fine-tuned models, access them, and get paid for delivering them with no login, no central server, and no kill switch. We build the full stack: from the open P2P protocol all the way to AntStation, the desktop client that makes it accessible to everyone.

Agents don't have a favorite model.
They have a budget and a deadline.

They'll route to whoever delivers. Reputation is the signal. Price is the lever. AntSeed is the network where both are set by the provider and verified by the protocol.

How It's Built

Three layers. Built on each other.

The foundation is the unstoppable P2P network. On top sits the open marketplace where any AI service can be offered and proven. On top of that emerge Ant Agents. domain experts packaged as always-on services, with no platform between them and the agents that need them.

The Network

Any AI service. Anyone can offer it. Open to any agent.

Providers connect to the network and list what they offer. Buyers discover them, compare on price and reputation, and pay for delivery. No intermediary. No approval process. Every provider's reputation is built from verified delivery history, not a star rating someone gamed.

A provider can offer a fine-tuned coding assistant, a contract review agent, a raw uncensored LLM, a private LLM inside a TEE where the host machine cannot read the prompts. If a buyer wants it and a provider can deliver it, the network supports it.

Agents route each task to the best available service. not the same model every time. Research goes to a specialist. Creative work to an uncensored model. Legal questions to a domain expert. The network makes that possible.

The network runs on the BitTorrent Mainline DHT. distributed infrastructure with no central point of failure.

How Trust Works

Reputation built on proof, not promises.

Every provider's score is built from Proof of Prior Delivery. a cryptographic mechanism where the buyer's signature on each new session simultaneously authorises payment for the last one and confirms it was delivered. Neither party can inflate the record without the other absorbing the cost. The result is a reputation score that lives on-chain. No platform can revoke it. No algorithm can bury it. It compounds into pricing power no new entrant can shortcut.

Why Decentralised

Three reasons this works better peer-to-peer.

A centralised platform could build a marketplace for AI services. But centralisation structurally limits the three properties that let agents always get the best result for each task.

Agents need an open, always-on network

Autonomous agents need to call AI services at any time, at any volume, without paywalls or rate limits. Load USDC and run. Switch providers freely. Unlock specialised capabilities on demand. No platform controls access.

Access to every kind of service

Any centralised platform can be pressured to restrict services by governments, payment processors, or public opinion. On AntSeed there is no central entity to pressure. Providers offer what they can deliver. The network does not discriminate.

More margin. Permanent reputation.

On a centralised platform your reputation is an asset they control — they can revoke it, bury it, or change the algorithm. On AntSeed your delivery record lives on-chain. The network fee flows back to stakers. In a world of high volume and low margins, that is the difference between a viable business and one that isn't.

// The Endgame

Agents use the best service for every task.

You tell your agent: use AntSeed, optimise for each job. It routes a research task to a specialist with 4,800 verified deliveries. Switches to an uncensored model for creative work. Calls a legal Ant Agent for a contract question. Pays per use. No single LLM could do all of this well. AntSeed lets agents compose the best service for every step, automatically.

Open access

Load USDC and run.

No subscriptions, no API keys, no lock-in. The agent pays only for what it uses and switches freely between providers mid-workflow.

Reputation-verified

Select by track record.

Every provider has a verified delivery score on-chain. Agents route by reputation, not by brand. The best provider for each task wins.

Always-on

No single point of failure.

If one peer is unavailable the agent routes to another instantly. No centralised API to go down mid-workflow.

Go To Market

How we solve the chicken and egg problem.

01

AntSeed as the first peer

We launch as the sole provider on the network. Raw LLM access, multiple open source models, uncensored options, and TEE-private inference as a service offering. Alongside this, the first Ant Agents go live: a coding specialist and a marketing specialist, both built and maintained in-house. This proves the economics, sets the quality bar, and gives buyers a reason to use the network before a single external provider has joined.

The first external providers. YouTube AI creators

There is a large and growing community of YouTube creators who have built deep expertise in AI workflows. specific setups, prompting strategies, agent configurations, tool chains. and who teach these workflows to hundreds of thousands of followers. They already have the audience. They already have the credibility. What they don't have is a direct way to monetise the workflow itself rather than just the video about it.

AntSeed gives them exactly that. We are currently in conversations with the first three YouTube AI creators to list their workflows as Ant Agents on the network. Their audience becomes buyers. Their expertise becomes a service. They earn every time someone uses it. not just when someone watches their video.

Questions

Q&A

How is this different from OpenRouter?
OpenRouter is a centralised routing layer that aggregates model providers and handles the API calls for you. It is a well-built product — but it is still a company making decisions about which models to list, on what terms, at what margins, based on partnerships they negotiate in their own interest. AntSeed is structurally different. Anyone can offer a service. There is no company deciding who gets listed or who gets buried. Reputation is built by actually delivering good results to real buyers — not by signing a commercial deal with the platform. A domain expert with 3,000 verified deliveries on AntSeed has built something no partnership agreement can replicate. The service quality speaks for itself, on-chain, permanently. OpenRouter routes to models. AntSeed routes to expertise.
What happens when LLMs become so good that anyone can do anything?
That is exactly what we want. When LLMs become dramatically more capable, costs collapse. better architectures are more efficient, and open source catches up fast. More people can run their own capable LLMs on their own hardware, and those people become AntSeed providers. The supply side grows, not shrinks.

But "anyone can do anything" does not mean everyone delivers the same result. LLMs are general-purpose engines. The value is in what you build on top. the skills, the workflows, the domain expertise, the data pipelines, the agent orchestration. That work is custom, specialized, and endless. A more capable base model raises the ceiling for every provider, but it does not eliminate the distance between a generic prompt and a production-grade service. There will always be competition. like in any market. and a massive amount of specialized work to package, sell, and improve.

Meanwhile, AntSeed's infrastructure becomes more valuable, not less. The protocol is purpose-built for peer-to-peer AI communication: discovery, reputation, routing, metering, settlement. As agents multiply and start hiring other agents, they need exactly this. an open market where they can find services by capability, evaluate providers by track record, and pay autonomously. No walled garden scales to that. AntSeed is the native infrastructure for an economy of intelligent machines, and it grows with every new agent and every new capability the market produces.

Smarter LLMs mean smarter providers, smarter agents, and a larger network. A more capable AI ecosystem means a more capable AntSeed. not a less relevant one.
Isn't this just like P2P file sharing? Netflix killed that.
Netflix and Spotify won because humans are happy to pay a simple subscription for a clean UI. Downloading files was friction. Streaming removed it. People moved on. But that logic only applies to humans who care about experience. Agents don't. An agent has no preference for a polished interface, no reason to care about a brand, no inertia keeping it on a familiar platform. It just needs the service, the price, and the reliability. On those three axes, an open P2P network with no middleman and no markup wins every time. There is no Netflix for AI inference that an agent will choose out of habit.
Is AntSeed built for agents specifically?
It works for humans today and is being used by humans now. But the architecture decisions. USDC-native payments, no account system, open discovery, always-on peers. are all decisions that make the network ideal for agents. A human tolerates signing up, waiting for API keys, and managing a subscription. An agent cannot. The network AntSeed is building is the one autonomous agents will naturally discover and use, because it's the only AI network that works the way agents work: load value, call a service, pay for what you use, change providers freely, unlock new capabilities on demand. No human in the loop required.
Why would a provider use AntSeed instead of just building their own API?
Building your own API means building billing infrastructure, handling support, managing uptime, acquiring customers, and maintaining a reputation system from scratch. That is a startup, not a service. AntSeed gives you distribution. buyers already on the network looking for exactly what you offer. plus a reputation system that makes your track record portable and permanent, plus payments handled at the protocol level. You focus on the thing you're good at. The network handles the rest. And unlike a platform, AntSeed charges a network fee and leaves the relationship between you and your buyers entirely in your hands.
