AntSeed is a peer-to-peer network where anyone can offer AI services such as AI-powered coding assistants, image generators, uncensored models, video creators with custom workflows and skills, and custom fine-tuned models, access them, and get paid for delivering them with no login, no central server, and no kill switch. We build the full stack: from the open P2P protocol all the way to AntStation, the desktop client that makes it accessible to everyone.
They'll route to whoever delivers. Reputation is the signal. Price is the lever. AntSeed is the network where both are set by the provider and verified by the protocol.
The foundation is the unstoppable P2P network. On top sits the open marketplace where any AI service can be offered and proven. On top of that emerge Ant Agents. domain experts packaged as always-on services, with no platform between them and the agents that need them.
Providers connect to the network and list what they offer. Buyers discover them, compare on price and reputation, and pay for delivery. No intermediary. No approval process. Every provider's reputation is built from verified delivery history, not a star rating someone gamed.
A provider can offer a fine-tuned coding assistant, a contract review agent, a raw uncensored LLM, a private LLM inside a TEE where the host machine cannot read the prompts. If a buyer wants it and a provider can deliver it, the network supports it.
Agents route each task to the best available service. not the same model every time. Research goes to a specialist. Creative work to an uncensored model. Legal questions to a domain expert. The network makes that possible.
The network runs on the BitTorrent Mainline DHT. distributed infrastructure with no central point of failure.
Every provider's score is built from Proof of Prior Delivery. a cryptographic mechanism where the buyer's signature on each new session simultaneously authorises payment for the last one and confirms it was delivered. Neither party can inflate the record without the other absorbing the cost. The result is a reputation score that lives on-chain. No platform can revoke it. No algorithm can bury it. It compounds into pricing power no new entrant can shortcut.
A centralised platform could build a marketplace for AI services. But centralisation structurally limits the three properties that let agents always get the best result for each task.
Autonomous agents need to call AI services at any time, at any volume, without paywalls or rate limits. Load USDC and run. Switch providers freely. Unlock specialised capabilities on demand. No platform controls access.
Any centralised platform can be pressured to restrict services by governments, payment processors, or public opinion. On AntSeed there is no central entity to pressure. Providers offer what they can deliver. The network does not discriminate.
On a centralised platform your reputation is an asset they control — they can revoke it, bury it, or change the algorithm. On AntSeed your delivery record lives on-chain. The network fee flows back to stakers. In a world of high volume and low margins, that is the difference between a viable business and one that isn't.
You tell your agent: use AntSeed, optimise for each job. It routes a research task to a specialist with 4,800 verified deliveries. Switches to an uncensored model for creative work. Calls a legal Ant Agent for a contract question. Pays per use. No single LLM could do all of this well. AntSeed lets agents compose the best service for every step, automatically.
No subscriptions, no API keys, no lock-in. The agent pays only for what it uses and switches freely between providers mid-workflow.
Every provider has a verified delivery score on-chain. Agents route by reputation, not by brand. The best provider for each task wins.
If one peer is unavailable the agent routes to another instantly. No centralised API to go down mid-workflow.
We launch as the sole provider on the network. Raw LLM access, multiple open source models, uncensored options, and TEE-private inference as a service offering. Alongside this, the first Ant Agents go live: a coding specialist and a marketing specialist, both built and maintained in-house. This proves the economics, sets the quality bar, and gives buyers a reason to use the network before a single external provider has joined.
There is a large and growing community of YouTube creators who have built deep expertise in AI workflows. specific setups, prompting strategies, agent configurations, tool chains. and who teach these workflows to hundreds of thousands of followers. They already have the audience. They already have the credibility. What they don't have is a direct way to monetise the workflow itself rather than just the video about it.
AntSeed gives them exactly that. We are currently in conversations with the first three YouTube AI creators to list their workflows as Ant Agents on the network. Their audience becomes buyers. Their expertise becomes a service. They earn every time someone uses it. not just when someone watches their video.
The network is live. Whether you have expertise to sell, a job that needs doing, or an agent that needs infrastructure. AntSeed is open now.
